Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance low-latency, high-throughput, multithreaded applications for trading, risk, and valuation platforms.
- Design and build scalable front-end and server-side solutions for enterprise-grade trading applications.
- Implement real-time data distribution and communication frameworks using WebSockets and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product stakeholders, Technology, and business teams.
- Apply Equity Derivatives pricing and valuation expertise to financial models and trading tools.
- Use containerization, scripting, and cloud-native practices to support deployment, scalability, reliability, and operational workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, secure coding, technical direction, risk management, and control activities.
- Guide team members and advise stakeholders on technical, cross-functional, strategic, and business impacts.
Requirements
- Experience developing low-latency, high-throughput, multithreaded applications.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Java, C#, Angular, and React.js.
- Experience with WebSockets, RESTful APIs, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
- Experience applying Equity Derivatives pricing and valuation expertise to trading and risk applications.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product stakeholders, and business teams.
- Experience with modern UI component libraries such as Material UI or PrimeNG is valued.
- Experience with Docker and Helm Charts is valued.
- Experience developing Python scripts for workflow automation, data processing, and operational tasks is valued.
- Experience contributing to cloud-native, containerized solutions is valued.
- Ability to provide technical guidance, conduct sophisticated analysis, manage risks and controls, and advise senior stakeholders.
