Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for Workday platforms, products, and client engagements.
- Lead the design and delivery of Workday Financial integrations.
- Contribute to sales and solutioning activities, including technology architecture and integration approaches.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Assess existing architecture and recommend performance, security, and scalability improvements.
- Develop integration architecture blueprints, estimates, and technical documentation.
- Document architectural designs and decisions and provide solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Workday Financial integrations.
- Experience with integration architecture and security.
- At least one year of experience in Workday Financials, integration architecture, or a closely related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute confidently to technical and stakeholder discussions.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced architecture blueprint and solution-design experience, integration estimation experience, cloud-computing knowledge, data modelling, business-process analysis, and consulting or client-facing experience.
