Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, install, and support application systems and programs.
- Analyze and interpret code, identify system enhancements, and recommend programming solutions.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues, and conduct testing and debugging.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to resolve application issues.
- Identify problems, evaluate information, and implement solutions with limited supervision.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and act as a subject-matter expert for team members and senior stakeholders.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while complying with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, including intermediate-level applications development experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
