Responsibilities
- Solve real-world projects and write complex algorithms using strong design practices
- Develop and support systems that drive trading strategies, including pricing and risk logic
- Build tools and infrastructure for analysing, modelling, and trading financial products
- Collaborate with software engineers and traders on business-critical problems
- Enhance knowledge of high-frequency trading and build relationships across trading and technology teams
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Engineering
- Minimum Distinction average, with High Distinction preferred
- Must have commenced the penultimate year of study
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++, with comfort working in Java or Python during the internship
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems programmatically
- Demonstrated high impact through experiences such as scholarships, competitions, and internships
- Must be able to start in May or June 2027
