Responsibilities
- Build technology, tools, platforms, and infrastructure supporting quantitative research and trading.
- Collaborate with researchers, traders, quantitative developers, and engineers to solve live market and technical problems.
- Develop and maintain trading, order generation, risk management, profit and loss reporting, pricing, analytics, and market connectivity systems.
- Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and iteration speed.
- Contribute to production trading systems and potentially ultra-low-latency execution platforms.
Requirements
- Be a penultimate- or final-year student completing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD.
- Demonstrate hands-on software engineering experience through personal projects, open-source work, hobbies, or academic studies.
- Proficiency in C++, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash and tools including Git, SQL, GCC, and Linux.
- Show enthusiasm for technology, problem-solving, innovation, and performance optimization.
- Be proactive, curious, self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative.
