Base Salary
$49k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, alerting, anomaly detection, management zones, and dashboards.
- Implement and support observability solutions using Dynatrace, OpenSearch/ELK, and Splunk for application, infrastructure, and log monitoring.
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, alert tuning, and monitoring-gap resolution.
- Build dashboards, reports, and telemetry pipelines for operational visibility and performance insights across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Automate monitoring and integrate observability tools with CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, AWS/Azure, and OpenTelemetry frameworks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, application performance management, and observability platforms.
- Experience administering and monitoring Dynatrace.
- Experience with Splunk or OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (ELK).
- Knowledge of distributed tracing, APM, AWS/Azure, CI/CD and DevOps practices, and Kubernetes/containers.
