Responsibilities

Manage AWS ECS and EKS environments.
Create infrastructure and deployment pipelines for new Spring Boot, Python, and Angular services.
Deploy services across development, UAT, and production environments.
Create and deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Install and configure solutions.
Troubleshoot failures in development, UAT, and production environments.
Monitor platform health and metrics using AWS CloudWatch and New Relic.
Document approaches and solutions.
Support developer applications and participate in solution discussions.
Participate in release management and deploy code while troubleshooting issues.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of DevOps-related experience focused on microservices deployment and maintenance.
Extensive AWS experience.
Experience with Linux, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
Experience configuring and supporting Terraform and GitHub Actions.
Experience with Postgres, Cassandra, Bash, Groovy, Python, Nginx, Tomcat, AWS CodeArtifact, LDAP, and Kafka.
Strong technical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of portal software, design, and development.
U.S. citizenship is required by law due to federal customer contracts.
Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification.
Preferred: AWS DevOps Engineer Professional certification.
