Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features for O-RAN-compliant LTE and 5G NR radio unit and distributed unit verification products.
- Understand existing product implementations and fix bugs within committed effort estimates.
- Participate actively in code reviews and similar team-level project activities.
- Contribute proactively to development using individual ownership and modern Agile practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in embedded software development, including communications or networking protocols, automotive software, kernel development, driver development, or comparable hardware/FPGA-adjacent work.
- Excellent proficiency in C and C++ 11 or later.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, or a similar development environment.
- Strong communication, ownership, and proactive working style.
- Experience with LTE and 5G NR RAN development is advantageous.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Netconf, YANG, C#, or Python is advantageous.
