Base Salary
$250k - $365k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver public webinars, customer workshops, multi-day onsites, office hours, and multi-week technical cohorts.
- Run train-the-trainer programs and certify customer technologists and champions.
- Educate enterprise administrators on SSO, permissions, connectors, spend controls, data-handling policy, and rollout requirements.
- Create decks, demo repositories, and plugins rapidly using Claude Code and related tools.
- Communicate detailed customer feedback to Claude Code, Claude Tag, and Cowork product teams.
- Partner with account executives, customer success managers, Applied AI Architects, support engineers, and partner leads.
- Travel 30–50% for onsites, workshops, and events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate, or in a similar role.
- Current software engineering experience, including shipping code used by others and teaching engineering audiences.
- Ability to discuss technical designs deeply with senior engineers across the stack.
- Daily use of Claude Code or a similar agentic tool and informed opinions about the technology.
- Experience presenting to large live audiences and handling rapidly changing presentation or demo materials.
- Strong communication, interpersonal judgment, initiative, steadiness, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Interest in safe and responsible enterprise AI deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
- Preferred: enterprise identity and security review experience with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
- Preferred: experience running Claude on Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- Preferred: experience with regulated industries or systems-integrator partners.
- Preferred: public technical teaching through talks, courses, videos, or writing.

- Annual compensation range of $250,000–$365,000 USD.
