Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines covering data ingestion, extraction, translation, preparation, labeling, loading, querying, and end-user delivery.
- Work with large structured and unstructured datasets and support government data acquisition, analysis, and sharing efforts.
- Troubleshoot and investigate system, data-flow, and data-quality issues at scale.
- Develop software using Python and Java and work with Linux and configuration-management tools.
- Collaborate in an agile development team while meeting multiple deadlines and performing testing and quality assurance.
- Support data from cyber and network security logs and other enterprise information sources.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; 7 years is preferred.
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Programming experience with Python and Java.
- Strong experience developing ETL pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
- Experience with data extraction, custom translation development, data preparation and labeling, and data loading.
- Experience with Linux, configuration-management tools, and troubleshooting data and system flows.
- Experience with log formats including JSON and XML and with cyber or network security logs.
- DoD 8140/8570 compliance certification, such as Security+, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud systems, SQL, Kafka, NiFi, SQS, or relevant data platforms is preferred.
- Experience supporting cyber or network security operations and familiarity with standard software development tool suites is preferred.
