Responsibilities
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Design multi-agent workflows and integration pipelines connecting AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, RPA tools, and business applications.
- Create automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom orchestration engines.
- Implement monitoring, error handling, fallback mechanisms, testing, documentation, and CI/CD deployment for production automation workflows.
- Map current-state business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design future-state workflows involving human and AI agents.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain technical specifications, process maps, deployment runbooks, status updates, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, process owners, and non-technical stakeholders to support adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience through professional or substantial project work.
- Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar platforms.
- Experience building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services including Azure ML, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure OpenAI Service.
- Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with project coordination, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
- Understanding of process mapping methods such as BPMN, flowcharts, and swimlane diagrams.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate clearly.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar.
- Experience with Power Automate, AWS Quick, n8n, Zapier, or RPA platforms is a plus.
