Responsibilities
- Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
- Configure and test custom GPTs and AI assistants, validating outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
- Prototype lightweight AI workflows and identify and escalate basic technical constraints.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, structured guides, and reusable use-case documentation.
- Support office hours, working sessions, AI coaching, inbound questions, and community engagement.
- Track recurring questions and usage patterns and provide structured observations and technical input to AI Product Strategy leadership.
- Contribute technical examples, demonstrations, decks, training materials, and enablement documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
- Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation.
- Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Fluency with AI tools and prompt experimentation.
- Ability to operate within defined processes with reliable, detail-oriented execution.
- Analytical mindset, clear written communication, curiosity, and strong learning orientation.
