Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end features and technical stories with appropriate test coverage.
- Manage the complete pull request lifecycle, including branching, implementation, review response, and merging.
- Write unit, integration, and automated end-to-end tests for implemented features.
- Conduct code reviews focused on correctness, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Integrate AI models and APIs with scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Facilitate technical daily stand-ups at the Senior level and own squad-level technical decisions.
- Define team AI development standards covering prompt engineering, output validation, and responsible AI use.
- Build organizational AI literacy through knowledge sharing, demonstrations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with QA engineers on acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Ensure AI-assisted development complies with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain enterprise-grade technical documentation, API specifications, and code comments using AI assistance.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and team discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least six years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic development frameworks as a primary development interface.
- Practical experience with automated end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in modern full-stack front-end and back-end development.
- Cloud development experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to convert ambiguous requirements into precise AI task instructions.
- Ability to critically assess, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
- Mandarin proficiency, spoken and written, for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Experience integrating Large Language Model APIs into enterprise applications is preferred.
- Production experience delivering applications through AI-augmented development workflows with measurable outcomes is preferred.
- Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring team members on AI development practices is preferred.
- Sound judgment in independently reviewing AI-generated outputs, especially in regulated or client-facing environments, is preferred.
