Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI backend services, including model gateways, agent scheduling layers, and streaming inference services.
- Build agent workflows and tool-calling systems on Openclaw and define secure integration standards for trading, risk, and data platforms.
- Develop and iterate AI services for customer service, risk detection, compliance analysis, and personalized services.
- Design data and storage infrastructure for session memory, long-term memory, knowledge bases, and incremental updates.
- Establish LLM tracing, prompt version management, automated evaluation, hallucination monitoring, and business KPI measurement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang or Java, with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, RESTful API design, and gRPC.
- At least 5 years of backend development experience with production expertise in microservice frameworks, message queues, caching, and relational databases.
- At least 1 year of hands-on production experience building LLM applications or AI agents and independently delivering AI feature modules.
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including hallucinations, context length, and reasoning.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, few-shot design, and chain-of-thought strategies for complex business scenarios.
