Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React and Redux and backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Own service-level design, scalability, resilience, security, performance, maintainability, integration architecture, system decomposition, and end-to-end data flows.
- Design and implement distributed caching with Redis and containerized application deployment and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, support automation and testing, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across architecture, development, delivery, release management, application lifecycle management, CI/CD, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of full stack software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Expert proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript and strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing scalable microservices, distributed systems, service architectures, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis and Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with software development lifecycle, application lifecycle management, release management, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Node.js and advanced JavaScript experience, public cloud and application modernization experience, observability and performance optimization knowledge, technical squad or engineering team leadership, event-driven architectures, messaging systems, enterprise integration patterns, and relevant cloud, Kubernetes, or software engineering certifications.
