Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications using .NET, React, Flutter, and Python.
- Build scalable APIs, cloud-native services, and AI-powered product features.
- Develop and integrate AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, tool/function calling, and vector search.
- Collaborate on technical design, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining code quality, ownership, and engineering judgment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with full-stack development using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, working with SQL databases, and building scalable backend services.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, database optimization, and cloud-native application architecture.
- Familiarity with Flutter, Python, and FastAPI is advantageous.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases such as pgvector, or strong interest in learning these technologies.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning skills.
