Base Salary
$136k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architecture layers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer behavior and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, and highly available software solutions.
- Build AI-native applications and guide the applicability of AI to customer problems.
- Use evaluation tools to validate and measure solution accuracy.
- Contribute to solutions beyond the primary area of ownership and mentor others.
- Balance short-term and long-term technical objectives while optimizing application performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 2+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, or Kotlin.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express with Node.js.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, or Python.
- Prior experience in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that have built AI-native applications.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, solve problems analytically, mentor others, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
