Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using C# and .NET.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and message-based interfaces for internal microservice communication.
- Deploy, containerize, and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments to Kubernetes clusters.
- Participate in Scrum activities including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge within the development team.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, including .NET 7, .NET 8, .NET 9, or .NET 10.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
- Solid experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL databases.
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and self-direction skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus but not required.
