Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure systems for sensitive financial data.
- Partner with business teams to understand customer requirements and deliver innovative finance technology features.
- Establish and communicate architectural principles and design patterns.
- Lead technical analysis of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Make data-driven architectural decisions balancing scalability, customer experience, and business priorities.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, technical lead, or engineering team leader.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
