Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, agents, copilots, and automation services.
- Build integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, custom connectors, MCP servers and tools, and event-driven architectures.
- Create reusable AI components, templates, development standards, coding practices, testing approaches, and deployment patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, design reviews, and delivery oversight for AI development teams.
- Partner with architects, platform teams, cybersecurity, and data governance teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and secure integration patterns.
- Implement responsible AI controls covering transparency, content safety, model governance, privacy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Require 5–8+ years of experience in software development, automation, integration, or solution engineering roles.
- Require 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, or comparable AI platforms.
- Strong experience with integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, web services, and enterprise application interfaces.
- Experience with AI orchestration, prompt engineering, agent-based solutions, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, document ingestion, and knowledge grounding.
- Experience designing and supporting MCP-based tooling, AI extensions, plugins, or related integration frameworks.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Container Apps, AKS, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native application development is nice to have.
