Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to understand business objectives, processes, constraints, and expected outcomes.
- Identify workflows and use cases that can be implemented or improved through Claude Code Skills.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills and related workflow components.
- Create skill instructions, supporting scripts, reference materials, validation logic, and executable AI-agent workflows.
- Evaluate skill behavior using realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Improve solution reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Own standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategy, and backward compatibility for the overall capability.
- Make and justify platform-level decisions involving agent harnesses, integration architecture, and build-versus-adopt strategies.
- Provide technical leadership, code review, direction, and unblocking for other engineers.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience using Claude Code in software-development or business-workflow scenarios.
- Practical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for AI coding agents.
- Strong understanding of agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design.
- Proven hands-on software engineering experience building, reviewing, testing, and maintaining production-quality solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements and domain knowledge into technical designs and executable workflows.
- Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions.
- Ability to define standards for well-formed skills, shared infrastructure, and review acceptance criteria.
- Ability to own the technical shape of a platform capability and provide rationale for foundational architectural decisions.
- Professional or fluent English proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Claude Code Skills, plugins, or MCP servers; LLM evaluation tooling; consulting or professional services; HR technology; internal developer tooling; or public agent-tooling artifacts.
