Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, technical direction, roadmap, and lifecycle of a defined portfolio of AI agents, multi-agent systems, Copilot solutions, GenAI platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Design orchestration, memory, knowledge, tool-calling, agent-to-agent collaboration, RAG, enterprise search, prompt orchestration, human-in-the-loop, connector, and MCP-based integration patterns.
- Lead solution design using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot where relevant.
- Architect Azure hosting, compute, networking, identity, secrets, monitoring, scaling, cost management, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, environment separation, and operational handover.
- Define integrations with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP and CRM platforms, and custom APIs.
- Apply EU AI Act, GDPR, data-residency, security, and enterprise governance requirements, including threat modeling, security reviews, risk assessments, and audit evidence.
- Lead developers and consultants day to day by assigning work, providing technical direction, unblocking delivery, reviewing designs and code, and mentoring team members.
- Plan and track delivery, manage risks and dependencies, report to stakeholders and clients, and support presales activities including solution shaping, estimates, workshops, and executive discussions.
- Contribute to architecture boards, peer design reviews, shared standards, reference architectures, security baselines, reusable accelerators, product roadmaps, and managed-service offerings.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture.
- At least 3 years designing and delivering Generative AI solutions, including an enterprise-grade AI platform in production.
- Experience leading developer teams and owning solutions through production delivery.
- Experience working with architects, executive stakeholders, clients, IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft cloud and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of the EU AI Act, GDPR, and enterprise security requirements applied to real client projects.
- Understanding of enterprise AI data, identity, integration, operational, and security risks.
- Hands-on ability to prototype, review code, and challenge implementation decisions.
