Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software and automation components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable automation workflows and integrate RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Maintain and update software components to improve reliability and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates.
- Participate in team discussions, independently solve work-related problems, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is required.
- Experience with UiPath is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable automation workflows and troubleshoot automation processes.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
