Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise products using BMC Remedy ARS and BMC Helix.
- Configure ARS Forms and objects including Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Guides, Menus, Web Services, and Applications.
- Develop and support solutions using BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS with Jitterbit.
- Build and maintain integrations using Remedy APIs, Web Services, REST APIs, database queries, and third-party software.
- Work with Remedy workflows and integrations across SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order, and CMDB modules.
- Develop and access web services and support enterprise software products in a distributed development environment.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of product development and implementation experience with BMC Remedy ARS or BMC Helix.
- Proficiency in ARS development using ARS Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Guides, Menus, Web Services, and Applications.
- Experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS/Jitterbit.
- Expertise in integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, database queries, and third-party software.
- Experience with SRM, BWF, DWP, DWP Catalogue, Asset Management, Smart IT, and Helix Dashboard.
- Experience developing enterprise software in a fast-paced, distributed, and agile environment.
- JavaScript, JSON, web development, and REST protocol knowledge are added advantages.
