Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise products using BMC Remedy ARS and BMC Helix.
- Develop ARS forms and objects, including Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Guides, Menus, Web Services, and Applications.
- Develop and support solutions using BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS with Jitterbit.
- Build integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, database queries, and third-party software.
- Implement Remedy integrations using Remedy APIs and ARS workflow.
- Work with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order, and CMDB modules.
- Support Asset Management, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, SRM, BWF, DWP, and DWP Catalogue capabilities.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of product development and implementation experience using BMC Remedy ARS or BMC Helix.
- Proficiency in ARS development, including ARS Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Guides, Menus, Web Services, and Applications.
- Experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite, BMC Helix MCB, and BMC Helix iPaaS with Jitterbit.
- Expertise with Web Services, REST APIs, database queries, and third-party software integrations.
- Experience developing enterprise software products in distributed development environments.
- Experience with web services, REST protocols, JavaScript, and JSON is advantageous.
- Experience with SRM, BWF, DWP, DWP Catalogue, Asset Management, Smart IT, and Helix Dashboard.
