Responsibilities
- Perform GUI, functional, backend, business-logic, API, and streaming-data testing for complex IT solutions.
- Coordinate test activities across teams and contribute to comprehensive, continuous quality assurance in agile projects.
- Drive test automation and use tools for test administration, API testing, performance testing, database testing, and observability.
- Work with technologies including Kafka and explore the use of artificial intelligence and prompt engineering in testing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary customer teams, share knowledge, and contribute to internal workshops, conferences, teaching, and sales activities.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in testing and quality assurance as a tester in agile project teams.
- At least three years of higher education at bachelor level.
- Experience with test administration and task-management tools such as Jira and Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Experience testing GUI, user-interface functionality, backend systems, functions, and business logic.
- Experience or knowledge of one or more of Bruno, SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Playwright, SQL, database tools, Camunda, Kafka, and Splunk.
- Experience testing streaming data and Kafka.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and prompt engineering.
- ISTQB Foundation certification or plans to obtain it.
- Fluent spoken and written Norwegian at C1 level or higher.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, curiosity, and continuous-learning skills.
