Responsibilities
- Create, review, and update test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements.
- Report, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools.
- Perform regression testing to validate new code changes.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends in quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on writing and executing test cases.
- Clear communication skills for reporting testing progress and issues.
- Understanding of quality assurance discipline and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing test plans and executing test activities.
- Knowledge of software quality tools and web/mobile application testing.
- Understanding of web/mobile application technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
