- Create, review, and update test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure quality deliverables
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and gather feedback
- Report, track, and manage defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools
- Perform regression testing to validate code changes
- Maintain documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs
- Contribute to improved testing processes and quality assurance best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of software testing experience focused on writing and executing test cases
- Experience developing test plans and scripts, creating use cases, executing test activities, and supporting user acceptance testing
- Familiarity with defect lifecycle management and tools such as Jira and Bugzilla
- Knowledge of web and mobile application testing, Windows OS, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, and Ruby
- Understanding of accessibility, usability, localization, personalization, SEO, and behavioral analytics considerations
- Understanding of cloud computing architecture, services, and platforms
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Automation testing knowledge is preferred
