Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Python, and/or Node.js.
- Build, deploy, and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic integrated with AWS infrastructure.
- Develop reusable, responsive, and high-performance React.js components.
- Design, implement, and integrate GraphQL services and other APIs.
- Work with AWS Lambda, Amplify, API Gateway, and RDS/MySQL.
- Implement real-time application functionality using WebSockets.
- Contribute to microservices, serverless, and event-driven system architectures.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
- Maintain CI/CD workflows and version-control practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong backend development expertise with Python and/or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience developing responsive, scalable, and interactive interfaces with React.js.
- Understanding of component-based architecture, state management, reusable components, and responsive design.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and/or GraphQL services.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Amplify, API Gateway, and RDS/MySQL.
- Understanding of microservices, serverless computing, and event-driven application design.
- Experience implementing real-time functionality with WebSockets.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git, and version-control workflows.
- Strong application performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and development-prioritization skills.
- Preferred exposure to Docker and containerized application development.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS CDK or AWS CloudFormation.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum environments, mentoring junior developers, and cloud security.
