Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior SME and Technical Lead for SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable end-to-end data and analytics solutions.
- Drive the architecture and implementation of SAP BDC Data Products for consumption, integration, and extension scenarios.
- Own solution design across data acquisition, replication, transformation, modeling, semantic modeling, and consumption.
- Lead migration assessments and target-state design for SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC.
- Resolve complex data integration, modeling, authorization, and performance issues.
- Establish development, modeling, architecture, and data governance best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentoring, estimations, and implementation guidance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics.
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud or SAP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong understanding of SAP BDC Data Products and integration and consumption scenarios.
- Strong experience integrating SAP source systems and architecting enterprise data solutions.
- Demonstrated hands-on implementation and solution architecture experience.
- Ability to independently drive architecture, solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical decisions.
- Experience leading complex end-to-end technical workstreams and providing technical leadership across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP BW/BW4HANA modernization or migration to SAP Datasphere or SAP BDC is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.
- Understanding of SAP CDS Views, SAP data extraction concepts, enterprise analytics, reusable data models, semantic layers, and data governance is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
