Responsibilities
- Develop and support multiple client-facing web applications and smaller backend applications.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, business analysis, and product professionals in cross-functional Agile squads.
- Work with stakeholders primarily across the US and UK in a multinational environment.
- Take technical ownership of projects and contribute to industry best practices.
- Use modern AI tooling to solve technical problems and improve development efficiency.
- Analyze technical challenges and identify effective solutions.
- Support the technical and professional growth of team members.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions and engage with related areas such as DevOps and other codebases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of web development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular.
- Some experience with backend technologies.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Willingness to work in an AI-enabled development environment and contribute to related technical areas.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Motivation to learn, develop, and grow professionally.
- Focus on delivering high-quality solutions and continuously improving existing solutions.
