Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architectural framework of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and code quality expectations.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate and deliver software components.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives for scalability, performance, and quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required, with the posting also stating a minimum of 8 years of React.js experience.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript ES6+.
- Deep understanding of React hooks, functional components, component-based architecture, and state management such as Context API and Redux.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS or LESS, responsive and adaptive design, and front-end performance optimization.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred experience with TypeScript, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Next.js or other React-based frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
