Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend systems that automate Security Analyst tasks and enable rapid threat verification and neutralization.
- Own work end to end, from collecting product requirements through evaluating and iterating on shipped releases.
- Build systems that help detect and disrupt phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other digital threats at scale.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster a high-performing team culture, and shape the team roadmap.
Requirements
- Experienced backend engineering background.
- Ability to take complete end-to-end ownership of product work.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team direction and roadmap development.
