Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs and backend services for the Web3 payments platform.
- Build product features supporting payments, settlement, transaction routing, asset conversion, verification, and related workflows.
- Collaborate with product and protocol teams to architect solutions meeting business requirements.
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to incident response and debug production issues to support system reliability.
Requirements
- Strong experience building production backend systems with modern languages.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and database design principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities and effective cross-functional communication.
- Preferred: production TypeScript experience, crypto or Web3 infrastructure experience, blockchain integrations, smart contracts, DeFi protocols, high-scale payment processing, financial compliance systems, open source contributions, technical writing, event-driven architectures, or real-time data processing.
