Responsibilities
- Build and enhance web editors, dashboards, and user interfaces with TypeScript and React.js.
- Develop backend APIs, services, and internal tools with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features across their lifecycle.
- Participate in technical planning, code reviews, system discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to AWS deployment workflows, CI/CD, infrastructure improvements, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Ensure product performance, scalability, and reliability, and occasionally lead feature development independently.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript, particularly for large-scale dashboards.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Practical production or serious side-project experience building with LLMs or generative AI, including prompt design, API integration, evaluation, guardrails, and fallbacks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS deployments, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, environments, and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of scalable architecture, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to collaborate with product, quality assurance, DevOps, and data teams and work across new and legacy codebases.
- Strong ownership, communication, adaptability, and engineering practices.
- Preferred experience includes website builders or CMS, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agentic workflows, tool use such as MCP, Terraform or other IaC tools, and large-scale monitoring, observability, or distributed systems.
