Base Salary
$118k - $212k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect Android systems for the flagship application and new products.
- Drive modularization by extracting shared capabilities that can run across multiple applications.
- Ship end-to-end user-facing growth, feed, and new-application features.
- Establish review standards, safety nets, and release gates for AI-assisted development.
- Resolve difficult performance and production issues and turn lessons into team-wide playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years building Android applications at scale.
- Deep experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience owning app-level architecture and its long-term consequences.
- Strong verification and quality practices, including reviewing AI-generated code.
- Cross-platform experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter, or React Native is a bonus.
- Developer tooling or CI quality-gate experience that measurably improved team velocity is a bonus.
