Base Salary
$54k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop graphical, conversational, visual, and multimodal interfaces for AI-agent interactions.
- Build human-AI collaboration experiences supporting feedback, clarification, approvals, supervision, intervention, and escalation.
- Develop no-code agent creation experiences, visual workflow builders, conversational configuration, testing, debugging, simulation, and monitoring interfaces.
- Create interactive dashboards, information visualizations, and customizable stakeholder experiences for agent performance, operational status, business impact, and AI-generated insights.
- Develop client-facing Agentic AI applications and integrate front-end applications with APIs, backend services, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components, visualization libraries, and design systems.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with designers, AI researchers, product teams, engineers, clients, and business stakeholders on prototyping and production delivery.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, continuous integration, and production releases.
- Depending on experience and seniority, provide technical leadership in front-end architecture, design systems, visualization frameworks, reusable components, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a front-end, full-stack, or software engineer building and supporting production software applications.
- At least 3 years of experience applying computer science fundamentals, including software architecture, system design, and programming.
- At least 2 years of experience developing modern web applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing graphical user interfaces, interactive web applications, or data visualization interfaces.
- At least 2 years of experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices is preferred.
- Experience with UI frameworks, design systems, Figma, interactive dashboards, data visualizations, exploratory analytics interfaces, or complex information displays is preferred.
- Experience with visualization libraries and graph, network, or workflow visualization tools is preferred.
- Experience developing applications powered by generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, or agentic AI systems is preferred.
- A master’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, human-computer interaction, information visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- A development portfolio of past front-end work is strongly encouraged.
