Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define, review, and refine vehicle management software requirements, specifications, and system-level design inputs.
- Develop and integrate vehicle management software, including externally developed functions.
- Create and execute verification and validation strategies, plans, cases, scenarios, and procedures aligned with requirements and compliance needs.
- Configure and manage hardware, software, and network test environments that replicate production conditions.
- Perform manual and automated testing, build test frameworks and scripts, execute procedures, and report defects, risks, and potential vulnerabilities.
- Investigate and resolve software defects found during testing or operational use.
- Maintain design artifacts, technical specifications, user documentation, test records, metrics, and data.
- Coordinate test and verification efforts across multifunctional teams and provide project management support for test delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience with C, C++, Python, and/or shell scripts.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a UNIX or Linux environment.
- Experience with application DevOps tools such as GitLab, Git Bash, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 or more years of related experience for Level 3, a relevant engineering or technical degree, RTOS experience, flight-critical systems testing, hardware-in-the-loop environments, real-time software architecture, software test frameworks, verification and validation, certification and qualification processes, and aircraft systems knowledge.
- Candidates must complete a technical CodeVue coding assessment and satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
