Base Salary
$136k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help design, build, and integrate the platform powering Lyft’s ride experience.
- Contribute to roadmaps and architecture based on evolving technology and business needs.
- Develop and improve microservices and microservice APIs, including their quality, performance, and monitoring.
- Develop and direct software system testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Identify, triage, debug, and resolve issues and bugs across applications and platforms.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in the job offered, software development, or a related occupation.
- At least 6 months of experience with object-oriented programming, machine learning, and AI.
- At least 6 months of experience with web technologies, DynamoDB, and at least one of C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with frontend and backend languages, relational databases, and schema design.
- Experience with data structures or algorithms.
