Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer-facing demos and containerized sample applications on NCR Voyix Edge.
- Develop Python utilities and scripts for lab provisioning, data seeding, environment resets, and demo orchestration.
- Package customer-requested proof-of-concepts in collaboration with Sales Engineers during sales cycles.
- Stand up demo environments, validate integrations, debug failures, and capture reusable implementation patterns.
- Maintain shared demo assets, scripts, and reference deployments for reuse by the Sales Engineering organization.
- Partner with Product and Platform Engineering teams on Edge, container orchestration, and integration patterns.
- Help Sales Engineers build container, Kubernetes, and cloud fundamentals through paired development and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience through full-time work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Basic proficiency in Python and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with Docker and foundational Kubernetes concepts.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and modern application deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work with technical teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
