Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.
- Conduct detailed technical discovery and product demonstrations.
- Address technical questions and concerns from potential and existing clients.
- Scope out customer business cases and scalable solutions for complex use cases.
- Design and develop tailored solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales support.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in ITSM and ESM technologies and software.
- Experience handling mid-market and enterprise deals with long deal cycles.
- Excellent value-selling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with critical and creative thinking.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
