Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to sales teams and clients throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct detailed technical discovery and product demonstrations.
  • Address technical questions and concerns from potential and existing clients.
  • Scope out customer business cases and scalable solutions for complex use cases.
  • Design and develop tailored solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales support.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in ITSM and ESM technologies and software.
  • Experience handling mid-market and enterprise deals with long deal cycles.
  • Excellent value-selling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with critical and creative thinking.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
