Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain measurement-grade data systems that ingest, standardize, and serve marketing data from more than 20 external and internal sources.
- Own production software delivery from design through launch and ongoing operations with minimal guidance.
- Build automated validation pipelines and data-quality frameworks to enforce contracts, detect anomalies, and maintain data integrity.
- Define statistical outlier-detection methods, diagnose root causes, and determine corrective actions.
- Collaborate with science, product, and engineering teams to translate measurement needs into scalable solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested code and mentor junior engineers on system design, code quality, and operational practices.
- Develop data lineage, observability, self-service catalog, schema-governance, and reproducibility capabilities across business units and geographies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
