Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement platform features.
- Develop Python and Java/Kotlin chassis, project archetypes, business-agnostic services, cross-cutting concerns, and Claude Plugins.
- Improve the performance, scalability, security, observability, and usability of platform features.
- Help establish the technical vision and co-drive the roadmap for upcoming quarters.
- Lead delivery of roadmap items and continuously improve implementation, testing, and monitoring practices.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Python and a primarily backend engineering profile.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Commitment to building secure, well-tested, pragmatic, user-focused code.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, ADK, ML libraries, Java, or Kotlin.
