Responsibilities
- Develop domain knowledge and understand client testing processes.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts.
- Perform manual, automation, integration, unit, and API testing activities.
- Identify, report, track, and monitor defects using a defect tracking system.
- Prepare and review test documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Address testing-quality issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in daily project tasks and sprint demo meetings with clients.
- Communicate test progress, results, and quality risks internally and directly with clients.
Requirements
- Be a 4th-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Have less than one year of experience and a GPA of 7.5 or higher.
- Have strong IT, analytical, problem-solving, self-learning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Have upper-intermediate or higher written and verbal English proficiency.
- Understand software testing concepts and methodologies, including manual, automation, integration, unit, and API testing.
- Have solid programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another relevant language.
- Minimum three-month internship experience in software testing or automation testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, or Postman is a plus.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code is a plus, along with responsible AI-use awareness.
