Responsibilities
- Complete QA testing for software and firmware.
- Create product test plans and testing documentation.
- Compile reports on findings and testing data.
- Record, analyze, and file issues and concerns in bug-tracking software.
- Troubleshoot PCs and Windows, Mac, and phone platforms, including installation and repair.
- Provide recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Experience creating test plans and performing web testing.
- Good understanding of QA processes for software development, debugging, and severity levels.
- Knowledge of PCs and their components and the ability to troubleshoot across multiple platforms.
- Experience with Qase and Jira.
- Expert skills with gaming and other technical products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
