Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert for one or more DTCC applications.
- Work with business system analysts to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements.
- Partner with infrastructure teams to identify and deploy optimal hosting environments.
- Tune application performance and reduce technical issues.
- Research and evaluate technical solutions aligned with DTCC technology standards.
- Design components and programs and participate in construction and functional testing.
- Create applications and unit test cases that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support development teams with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and improved ways of working.
- Align risk and control processes with daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, EC2, S3, UNIX, and related technologies.
- Experience with middleware technologies.
- Exposure to Amazon Q and Amazon Kiro.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate openly, stay current in a specialist area, and coach others.
