Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-scale Workday solution architectures aligned with business goals, technical strategy, and enterprise architecture.
- Establish and enforce solution architecture standards, integration patterns, governance practices, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the lead architectural advisor for cross-functional delivery and collaborate with business, enterprise, and system architects.
- Lead modernization initiatives and develop scalable, efficient solutions for cross-functional Workday projects.
- Mentor solution architects and implementation teams, including DevSecOps and product teams.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept, drive solutioning sessions, and evaluate technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration, security, integrations, reporting, releases, and best practices.
- Review Workday configurations for standards adherence and performance optimization, while identifying process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years of relevant architecture experience.
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, security, BIRT and custom reporting, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations and integration activities across an HR ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, business, cloud architecture, systems thinking, and solution architecture skills.
- Workday Core HCM or related-module certification is highly desirable.
- Oil and gas industry experience is a plus.
