Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application integration, quality assurance, software development, requirements analysis, and solution deployments.
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement.
- Develop user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Establish and maintain internal and external client relationships and contribute to consulting insights and thought leadership.
- Anticipate risks, escalate issues, and adapt delivery methods to client and team needs.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop junior team members; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Identify engagement follow-on opportunities and support client collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of related experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance required.
- Strong understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, application integration, and software development.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solution design, configuration, and customization, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Customer Engagement.
- Experience with React or Angular and ADO Build Pipelines or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior consulting experience and Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
- Ability to work in person in a hybrid environment and willingness to travel 20–30% or more.
Benefits
- Base salary is $86,600–$197,800 across U.S. geographic locations, with a stated range of $103,900–$224,700 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.

- The role follows a team-led, leader-enabled hybrid model, with most external client-serving employees expected to work together in person 40–60% of the time.
- Work may occur at client, EY, or contractor sites, with projects generally assigned within commuting distance and additional travel based on client and project needs.
