Base Salary
$210k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and data models.
- Develop data pipelines and evaluation loops for better decision-making.
- Ensure the reliability and transparency of data systems.
- Collaborate with team members to drive projects to completion.
- Experiment with new ideas and iterate based on results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong skills in Python and system design.
- Experience with serverless technologies and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Ability to communicate proactively and manage projects with minimal oversight.
- Bonus: experience with LLMs/generative AI and distributed systems.
