Base Salary

$147k - $192k/yr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with analysts to implement technology solutions for Insider Threat prevention, detection, and response.
Enable Data Loss Prevention and Insider Threat detection and response programs.
Partner with lead analysts to define and execute strategies for mitigating risks associated with open egress vectors.
Influence tool and process decisions that reduce cyber threat risks and enterprise attack surfaces.
Identify gaps, develop strategies, and oversee an evolving cybersecurity roadmap.
Serve as a technical thought leader and strategist for cybersecurity solution implementation.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in STEM, with 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity solutions experience.
Strong technical background and ability to influence technology and process decisions.
Expertise with Splunk, Purview, and/or M365.
Ability to develop and manage strategic roadmaps for evolving cybersecurity needs.
Familiarity with cyber threat analysis and attack surface reduction techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH, CFCE, GFCA, and/or GCFE.
Preferred experience includes Data Loss Prevention technologies, Insider Threat detection and response, executive presentations, risk assessment and mitigation, data protection, insider-threat management, and cybersecurity strategy.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.
