Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable software features and services for the TAAP B2B travel platform.
- Build production-quality backend services primarily with Java and JVM-based technologies.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical platform decisions.
- Design and build distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end B2B experiences.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues affecting platform reliability and performance.
- Review peer code and improve engineering practices, tooling, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience with JVM-based languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
- Experience developing production-quality web applications with React.js.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes containerization.
- Proficient English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment.
