Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign.
- Manage audience segmentation, data selection, campaign controls, performance monitoring, and KPI tracking.
- Develop SQL- and Python-based solutions for automation, reporting, integrations, operational efficiency, and data-quality controls.
- Ensure communications comply with GDPR, consent-management rules, and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, technology, and compliance stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis, automation, campaign execution, reporting, and data-quality controls.
- Knowledge of customer journey design, campaign management, customer segmentation, performance measurement, and KPI monitoring.
- Understanding of GDPR, consent management, and customer communication governance.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
- Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to use AI tools productively while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
